36 textures from light to dark

Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said "truth formed one, one formed two, two fromed three and three formed everything……" That's a same idea compared to Charles Darwin's theory of evolution. All living things have one ancestor, in order to live in the changing world, the simple life entity evolved into different and more complex species. In my textures, i started "light" from blank space, and than one single circle. After dividing it into more parts, it becomes more complex and dark. Also, my 36 textures can be grouped to two types. One has white background, and one has black background. I want to display the concept of "yin and yang" which means sunlight snd shadow in its surface meaning. For its further meaning, "yin and yang" can represent many natural dualities, such as: dark and light, female and male, low and high, cold and hot……So that's what i want to express.
